Project Overveiw
At ClearTree, we take pride in helping homeowners transform their properties into safer, brighter, and more open spaces. Recently, our team completed a tree removal and view clearing project in Seabeck WA that showcases how our Guaranteed Day Rate delivers dependable results and added value.
Work Hours and Process
We arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, and by 2:30 PM we had completed the final cut. Because of our Guaranteed Day Rate, the homeowner knew every listed task would be finished that day. Even more, we promised that if we finished early, we would use the extra time to complete additional work—turning efficiency into a bonus for the client.
Project Scope
1. Tree Removals
- Douglas Fir Removal (Left of House)
First, we removed the Douglas fir located to the left of the house and cut it down to a low stump. To speed up the process, we skillfully speed-lined branches into the yard, ensuring safety and efficiency. As the homeowner requested, we left the wood and debris where they lay. - Two Leaning Douglas Firs (Back of Property)
Next, we tackled two leaning Douglas firs in the backyard. These trees posed a risk to the home, so we removed them down to low stumps. Once again, we left the branches, wood, and debris exactly as they fell, saving time and respecting the client’s wishes.

2. Tree Pruning for View Clearing
- Cluster of 4–7 Trees (Backyard):
After the removals, we pruned this cluster by cutting 10–15 feet of lower branches that were blocking the view. - Cluster of 3–6 Trees (Downhill Area):
We then moved downhill and pruned 10–25 feet of branches from several trees. To open up the sightline further, we also removed a small cedar down to a low stump. - Cluster of 2–4 Trees (Downhill in Front of House):
Finally, we pruned 10–25 feet of branches from the trees in front of the house. This last step dramatically cleared the homeowner’s view and completed the project.

Outcome
By the end of the day, the property looked brighter, safer, and more open. The removal of hazardous leaning Douglas firs eliminated potential risks, while the strategic pruning of multiple tree clusters revealed sweeping views of Seabeck’s stunning landscape. The homeowner now enjoys a clear and unobstructed view, all while preserving the natural beauty of their property.
This project demonstrates how tree removal and view clearing in Seabeck WA can not only improve safety but also transform a property’s livability and long-term value.
